Dhanesh Vaidya & Associates

We are located right in the heart of Sadashiv Peth at Dhanesh Vaidya & Associates. Our office is up on the second floor of Arti Chembers. If you are looking for us, we are right above Hotel Lajjat, which is a pretty good landmark in this part of Pune. The building is usually quite busy with people coming and going. Most of our day is spent at our desks dealing with drawings and all the paperwork that comes with architecture. It isn't a very large space, but it works for us and has enough room for our files and computers. We have been working from this spot for quite some time now. You can hear the sounds from the street all day long, but once we get into the work, we don't notice it much. Sometimes we grab a quick bite downstairs when things get too hectic. The office has a very practical feel to it. There are no big decorations or anything like that. Just lots of blueprints and some old chairs. We handle different kinds of projects around the city. It is just a few of us here making sure the designs are ready. Being in such a central area makes it easy for folks to drop by, though parking in Sadashiv Peth is always a bit of a headache. We just focus on the task at hand and try to keep our workspace organized enough to find what we need to get through the day's list of chores.
