Dhanashree Hospital

Dhanashree Hospital is located in a residential part of Hingne Khurd, specifically at Damodar Nagar. We are based in the B/2 building, at Flat No-7, so it feels more like a house than a big hospital. Being close to Sinhagad Road is helpful because people can find us, but our actual spot is a bit more tucked away. Sharad M Thakre is the one who runs the place. Since we are in a flat, the space is a bit limited, so we have to be very organized with where we put the beds and the medical gear. It’s a quiet enough building, though you can hear the neighbors going about their lives sometimes. We have a small staff and we all know each other well. Most of the people who come here are from the nearby apartments in Damodar Nagar. They like coming here because it’s familiar and they don’t have to deal with the crowds at the bigger city hospitals. We don’t have a fancy reception area with a TV or anything. It’s just a desk with a lot of folders and a phone that rings quite a bit. We spend our time checking on the patients we have and making sure they have what they need. It’s a very modest operation and we just do our work without making a big fuss. It’s just a local hospital for the folks in Hingne Khurd.
