We’re over at Rose-E-Meher in Pune, specifically in Wing A, Flat No 106. The area is S No 48/410. Dgskill It Solutions Private Limited is basically a small team operating out of this apartment space. It’s not your typical corporate office. We’ve converted the rooms into workspaces with desks and computers. It feels a bit like home because, well, it is a flat. This makes the atmosphere pretty relaxed. We don't wear suits or have long meetings that go nowhere. We just get together, talk about what needs to be done for the IT projects we're handling, and then we do it. Pune is a big hub for this kind of work, so being here makes sense for us. The building is usually quiet, which helps us concentrate on coding or fixing network issues. We have all the basic stuff we need. Sometimes we order food from the local places nearby when we’re working late. It’s a very hands-on environment. We don’t have a big marketing department or anyone to answer the phones with a script. If you call, you’ll probably just talk to one of the guys actually doing the work. We like it that way because things get done faster. It’s a simple way to run a business and it suits us just fine. We just try to keep things moving day by day and get the tasks finished.
