We have been set up here at Deron Heights for a while now. It’s a busy spot on Baner Road in Pune, right at Office No 503. If you know this part of Pune, you know how the traffic gets around S No 270/1/23, but we like being in the middle of it all. Most days it’s just us working through whatever tasks are on the desk. The office isn't anything fancy, just a practical space where we get our things done. People often ask why we chose Baner, and honestly, it’s just convenient for most of the team. We don’t have a big reception or anything like that. It is just a bunch of desks and some computers. Sometimes the elevators in Deron Heights take forever, which is a bit of a pain during lunch breaks. We usually just grab something to eat from the stalls nearby. Pune weather is decent, so we leave the windows alone mostly. Dera Technologies is just our group of people doing tech work. We aren't trying to change the world or anything, just handling the day-to-day operations. It can get quiet inside even though the road outside is loud. We’ve got a small kitchen area where we make tea. It’s a simple setup. Nothing too complicated about how we run things here. We just show up, do the work, and go home like everyone else in this building.
