We are based in Pune. It’s a city that has grown so much lately, but we’re still here doing our thing. Our operations are pretty simple. We don't have a massive headquarters with hundreds of people. Instead, we have a focused group that knows what they are doing. Pune is a great hub for this kind of work, and being part of the local scene matters to us. We’ve seen the city transform from a quiet place to a major center. Our daily routine involves a lot of coordination and making sure the basics are covered. We don't really have a polished front office. Most of the time, the place looks like a workspace because that’s exactly what it is. There are tools, papers, and coffee mugs scattered around. We aren't trying to impress anyone with a fancy lobby. We just care about getting the job done right. The weather here is usually decent, which helps when we have to move things around. We talk to a lot of different people throughout the week. Sometimes things go smoothly, and sometimes there are hiccups, but we just deal with them as they come. It’s just honest work.
