It’s a residential-style setup, which actually makes it a pretty comfortable place to work. We aren't in one of those cold, glass office buildings downtown. Instead, we have a more relaxed vibe here. We do IT-enabled services, which basically means we spend a lot of time on our computers handling data and support stuff for our clients. It’s a quiet area for the most part. We like being in this part of Pune because it feels a bit more like a community. The team is small and we’ve known each other for a long time. We don't use a lot of big words or try to sound more important than we are. We just take the work as it comes and try to do a solid job every day. Sometimes we stay late when things get busy, but that’s just how it goes. The apartment building is easy to find if you’re in the neighborhood. We’ve got our setup in one of the rooms and it suits us just fine. No corporate slogans on the walls here. Just calendars and a few plants that we sometimes forget to water. We’re just regular people working hard in a local Pune apartment. It’s a simple life but we enjoy the work we do. It keeps us busy.
