The market is always busy, which is a bit of a contrast to the work we do inside. We spend most of our hours looking at structural designs and figuring out the best way to support a roof or a floor. It’s a lot of sitting and thinking, honestly. We have our desks set up in the flat, and it's a decent enough space for the work. Sometimes it gets a bit cramped when we have a lot of large-scale prints lying around. We don't have a receptionist or anything; usually, whoever is closest to the door just opens it. Most of our work comes from local builders or people looking to put up a new shop or house in the Thergaon area. We try to stay organized, but with so many drawings and papers, it’s a constant battle. We aren't trying to be the biggest firm out there. We just want to do the work that’s in front of us and make sure the buildings stay up. It’s practical work. If something doesn't look right on the plan, we spend the time to fix it before it becomes a real problem on the site. We've been here for a good while and the routine suits us just fine.
