We've been at Image Palace for a while now. It’s a flat, number 15, so it's not a big fancy office building or anything like that. Just a regular spot in Kharalwadi. Most of the work here is dealing with the paperwork for moving goods in and out. Since we are in Pimpri, the traffic outside can get pretty loud during the day, but we just get on with it. Sometimes the neighbors pop in to say hello. It's mostly just a few of us sitting at desks, making calls and checking on shipments. The space is a bit tight with all the files stacked up everywhere, but it works for what we do. We don't have a big sign out front or a lobby with a receptionist. You just come up to the flat. Usually, someone is here from morning until early evening. It’s a practical setup. We handle a lot of different items depending on what people need. Nothing too complicated, just the usual import and export stuff. The tea stall downstairs is where we usually take our breaks when things get busy. It feels more like a home than a corporate office, which is fine by us. We’ve learned to navigate the local logistics from this little corner of Pimpri. It's not glamorous, but it keeps the business running without much fuss. We try to keep things simple for everyone who deals with us.
