Delcam Software India P.Ltd is situated at C-10, Rishi, in Varsha Park on Baner Road. If you know Pune, you know how much Baner has changed lately. Our office is in a quieter pocket of the area, though. The building is called Rishi, and it’s surrounded by a bit of greenery which is nice when you’ve been looking at a monitor for several hours. We handle software tasks and technical support. It’s a standard office setup, but we keep it low-key. We don’t have a big flashy sign out front. Inside, it’s mostly just desks, computers, and a lot of notebooks scattered around. We’ve been here for a while, seeing the traffic on Baner Road get heavier every year. Sometimes we have tea breaks outside just to get some air. We aren’t some startup with beanbags and free snacks. We just have regular chairs and a coffee machine that works most of the time. The people here are mostly engineers who just want to do their jobs and go home to their families at the end of the day. We don’t do a lot of corporate events or things like that. We just work through our lists and talk to each other when we hit a snag. It’s a decent place to work. We’ve stayed in this location because it’s convenient and it suits our style. It’s simple, honest work in a quiet corner of the neighborhood.
