We are over in Baner, Pune, at Plot No. 26 in Cosmos Garden. Baner has become such a busy area lately with all the new shops and buildings going up. Our office is in a good spot because we are tucked away a bit from the main road noise. It’s just a regular building where we’ve set up our tech shop. We call it Deepgrowing Technologies, but really it’s just a handful of us working on various digital projects and tech stuff. The office is pretty simple, with some desks we bought a few years back and a lot of whiteboards that never seem to get fully erased. We spend a lot of time just talking through problems and trying to find why a bit of code isn't working right. Lunch is usually something we get from the local places nearby or whatever someone brought from home. It’s a very relaxed atmosphere here. We don't have any big bosses breathing down our necks, we just know what we need to do and we do it. Sometimes the internet slows down when it rains, which is frustrating, but we manage. It feels like a small family more than a company. We aren't trying to impress anyone with a fancy office; we just want a place where we can do our work in peace and then go home.
