Deepesh Yadav

Deepesh Yadav here. I’ve been set up in Hadapsar for a while now, specifically over at Naiknavare Township in Sasanenagar. It’s a busy area but we manage okay from our spot in Ua 204 at Swarvihar. This isn't some big fancy office with a glass front and a lobby full of plants. It’s just where the work happens. I spend most of my days on Kale Padal Road or stuck in the usual traffic around here. Most people find it easiest to just drop by if they’re in the neighborhood, though the township can be a bit confusing if you’re coming for the first time. We’ve been at this address long enough that the postman knows us by name. It’s a straightforward setup. I handle the day-to-day stuff mostly by myself or with a little help when it gets crazy. Sometimes the power goes out in the afternoon, so we just take a break then. Nothing fancy, just trying to get things done right. If you’re looking for a big corporate experience, this isn't it. We just do the work we say we’re going to do and keep things moving. The weather here in Pune gets pretty hot during the summer, but the office stays relatively cool. It's just a local place doing local things. Not much else to say really. We are here every weekday and sometimes on Saturdays if there is a lot of work piled up.
