Deepak Communications

If you walk around Pimple Saudagar, you might stumble upon Deepak Communications. It’s not the biggest shop on the block, but we’ve been here long enough that people recognize the name. We deal with a lot of different things related to phones and communication. It’s a fast-growing area, so there are always new buildings going up nearby. This means more people, more phones, and more work for us. The shop stays open late because that’s when most people get back from their offices. I usually sit near the front counter. The lighting inside is a bit bright, but it helps when you are looking at tiny circuit boards or SIM cards. We have a lot of regular customers who come back every time they get a new phone or need a recharge plan explained. I try to explain things simply because technology can be confusing for some. We don't have a polished website or a fancy logo. It’s just a sign above the door and some posters on the window. Sometimes the delivery of new stock gets delayed because of the Pune traffic, which is always a headache. But that’s just part of living and working here. We keep it simple. If we can fix it, we tell you. If we can't, we tell you that too. No fancy talk or hidden fees involved when you talk to us.
