I’ve been here at Sno 3 on Serpentine Road in Hadapsar for a long time now. It’s a busy spot, especially in the evenings when everyone is coming home from work. The shop is called Deepak Communication, and most people around here just know it by the name on the board. We don't have a lot of space, but it’s enough for what we do. The road outside is always crowded with bikes and people walking, which keeps things interesting. Sometimes it gets a bit noisy, but you get used to it after a while. I spend most of my day sitting behind the counter. People come in for all sorts of things, mostly small stuff like phone recharges or finding a cable that actually works. We keep a lot of different things on the shelves, though it looks a bit messy sometimes. I try to organize it when there’s no one around, but then a new delivery comes and everything is back to how it was. The fan in the corner makes a bit of a clicking sound, but it keeps the air moving. It’s a simple setup. We don’t do anything fancy here. I usually open up early because there’s always someone who needs something before they catch the bus. My lunch comes from home in a steel dabba, and I eat it right here while watching the street. It's a decent life on Serpentine Road. We’ve seen the area change quite a bit over the years.
