If you go to Bibwewadi in Pune, behind the Canara Bank, you'll find us at Plot No. 24, Vaibhav Society. The building is called Aashirwad. We do infra projects, which basically means we are involved in building things and planning out construction work. It’s a lot of blueprints, site visits, and dealing with contractors. Our office is a practical space where we keep all our files and meet up to talk about the latest project. It’s not a very fancy setup. We have some old desks and a lot of maps on the walls. Most of the time, the people here are either on the phone or heading out to a site. Pune is growing so fast, so there is always some kind of work happening around the city. We’ve been at this for a while and we know the local area pretty well. We don't try to sound bigger than we are. We are a small team and we handle projects one at a time. Sometimes the weather slows things down or there are delays with materials, which is frustrating, but we just deal with it. It’s just the reality of the construction business.
