Deccan Telecom & Sales Service is based right here in the Pune Cantonment Board area, specifically at number 1254. It’s a place we’ve called home for quite a while now. The neighborhood is always active, and being part of the Cantonment community means we see a lot of the same faces every day. We handle sales and various services related to telecom equipment, though we don't make a big fuss about it. The shop is small and simple, filled with the usual tools and parts you’d expect to find in a place like this. On most days, you’ll find one of us sitting at the counter or working on something in the back room. It can get a bit cluttered with all the gadgets and wires, but we know where everything is. The lighting isn't the best in here, but it works for what we do. We open up early enough to catch the morning crowd and stay until things wind down in the evening. There’s no big corporate strategy or anything like that here. We just try to be helpful when someone walks through the door with a question about their phone or a connection issue. Living and working in the same area makes it easy to understand what people around here need. It’s a local operation, plain and simple. We don't spend money on fancy advertisements because word of mouth usually does the trick. It’s just us doing our jobs at 1254 and seeing how we can help the folks who stop by.
