Dawon Tech Solutions Private Limited is tucked away in Ganga Vishnu Heights in Karve Nagar. Specifically, we are in unit number 01 on Samarth Road. Pune is a city full of tech companies, and we are one of the smaller ones just doing our thing in a residential area. Ganesh Nagar is a nice spot because it isn't as loud as the main highway. Our office feels more like a home than a workplace sometimes. We have got some desks set up and plenty of power strips for all the computers. Most of the time, the team is just quietly typing away or arguing about a piece of code. We aren't into the whole corporate culture thing. We don't have dress codes or anything like that here. If you walk in, you might see some lunch boxes on the desks and a lot of tangled cables under the tables. We just focus on getting the tech solutions right for the people we work with. It's a simple setup. We chose Karve Nagar because it’s a central place for most of us to get to easily. There is a small park nearby where we sometimes go if we need a break from the screens for a few minutes. We just keep our heads down and work. It is nothing too complicated, just a local Pune business trying to do good work from a small ground floor office.
