Datta Tray Communication is right on the Kalewadi Hsr Road. It’s a busy stretch of road, so there’s always cars honking and people rushing past. Most of our walk-ins are people who had a phone emergency while they were out and about. Maybe they dropped their phone on the asphalt or the charging port stopped working suddenly. We have a small stool for customers to sit on while they wait, but usually, people just stand and watch us work. We do a lot of software updates and unblocking for people who forgot their patterns. It’s a common thing. The shop gets quite hot in the summer because the sun hits the front window directly. We have a small cooler, but it doesn't do much. I've been working with mobiles since the days of the old Nokia bricks. Things have changed a lot, and the parts are much smaller now. You need a steady hand and good eyes for this job. We keep a stock of tempered glass for almost every model you can think of. If you need a quick fix for a cracked lens, we can usually do it right there. We don't have a fancy website or anything like that. People just know we are here on the road and stop by when they need something. Sometimes the internet is slow, so we just wait it out.
