Ion Exchange Enviro Farms Ltd.

Ion Exchange Enviro Farms Ltd. is located on the second floor of Neeta Towers, which is right across from Sandvik Asia in the Dapodi area. It’s a well-known landmark, so we don't usually have to give too many directions. Our office is pretty plain. We work on things related to environmental farming and land management. There are usually maps pinned to the walls and a lot of folders full of soil reports and project details. It’s not the kind of place that would win any design awards, but it works for us. The windows look out toward the main road, and we can see the workers at Sandvik coming and going during shift changes. We spend our time coordinating between the people out on the farms and the administrative side of things. It’s a lot of scheduling and making sure the right equipment gets to the right place. We aren't really into corporate jargon; we just talk about what needs to be done for the next project. The breakroom is small, and someone always forgets to refill the water, but it’s a friendly enough atmosphere. We’ve been in Dapodi for some time and have gotten to know the rhythms of the neighborhood. It’s just us, working away on the second floor, trying to stay organized and keep the projects moving forward. We take things one day at a time here.
