Danieli & C Italy

Our office for the Danieli & C Italy operations here is located in Neel Sanklap. Specifically, we are in Flat No. A-303, inside Building No. 1 on Plot No. 38 in Sector No. 5 of New Panvel. It’s a residential building, so it doesn't feel like a typical corporate headquarters. We have been using this space for a while to manage the local side of things. Panvel has grown a lot, and being in Sector 5 puts us in a good spot for getting around. The flat itself is quite simple. We have set up a few workstations and a place to keep all our technical files. Since we are linked with a larger company back in Italy, we often have to deal with different time zones, so sometimes we are here later than usual. But mostly, it’s just a few of us handling the local coordination and paperwork. You can see the other buildings of New Panvel from the balcony. It’s a bit quiet in the afternoons, which helps when we have to go through long reports. We don't have any big signs out front. If you came to the door, you'd just see a regular apartment entry. We like it that way because it's peaceful. We just focus on getting the day's tasks finished and making sure everything is communicated correctly. It's a small team here, so we all end up doing a bit of everything.
