Danashmand Organic Pvt. Ltd. operates out of the Hadapsar Industrial Estate at 601 Anand Mahal Road. Even though we are in an industrial area, we spend our time dealing with organic items. It is a bit of a contrast to the heavy machinery shops next door. Our space is filled with sacks and containers of various products. There is often a specific smell in the air, depending on what we are packing or sorting that day. Anand Mahal Road can be a bit chaotic with delivery vans and workers moving about, but we managed to find a good spot at number 601. We aren't a big corporation with lots of levels and managers. It’s just a small team of us managing the inventory and making sure things are stored correctly. We spend a lot of time on the phone with suppliers and checking the quality of what comes in. The office is just a corner of the warehouse with a couple of desks and a filing cabinet that has seen better days. We don't have a marketing team or anyone to make us look bigger than we are. We are just a group of people working in Hadapsar, trying to keep the organic side of things moving. It’s a lot of physical work, moving bags around and keeping the place clean, which is very important for what we handle. We stay busy with the orders and keep our heads down, making sure the warehouse at 601 stays organized and ready for the next shipment.
