Dali & Samir Engg Pvt Ltd is based at 36, D-Ii Block, in the MIDC area of Chinchwad. It’s an engineering firm, so the place is full of technical stuff and machines. We’ve been at this Chinchwad address for a good stretch of time. The block is mostly other industrial units, so it’s a lot of metal and concrete. We don't spend money on fancy lobbies. The focus is always on the engineering work happening in the back. Our team is a mix of older guys who know the machines inside out and some younger folks learning the ropes. It’s a straightforward environment. We handle engineering projects without much fanfare. The MIDC area is quite busy, and there’s always a truck coming or going. We keep our heads down and focus on the blueprints and the production. There’s no corporate fluff in our office. We just talk about the jobs we have to finish. Sometimes things go wrong and we have to fix them, that’s just how engineering is. It is a real place with real smells of oil and metal. We are just a group of people making things in a shop. It’s been our home for years and we don't plan on changing how we do things. We just stay busy with the work at unit 36 and try to keep everything on schedule for the next project that comes across the desk.
