Dakhkhan Delicacies

Dakhkhan Delicacies is a small shop located at Shop No1 in the Aparna Apartment building. We are right in Sahakar Nagar, directly opposite Shinde High School. Because of the school, the mornings and afternoons are always full of life with parents and kids running around. We make and sell food items here. It is a lot of hard work in the kitchen, especially when we are trying to get everything fresh for the day. The shop is not very big, so things can get a bit cramped when more than three people walk in at once. We do not have a big marketing strategy. We mostly just rely on the smell of the food to bring people in from the street. The apartment residents are our main customers, and we have come to know many of them by name. It is a nice community feel. Sometimes we run out of things earlier than expected, and we just have to tell people to come back tomorrow. We do all the cooking and cleaning ourselves. It is a basic setup with a few shelves and a counter. We do not have a fancy website or a delivery fleet. If you want something, you usually just walk in and get it. Being opposite the school keeps us on our feet, and we like the rhythm of the neighborhood. It is just a local spot for people who want a quick bite.
