You can find us at Bhawani Palace on Mhasrul D'Rd in Nashik. We’re up on the 13th floor in Flat 13. It’s a bit of a climb if the elevator is acting up, which happens once in a while. From up there, you can see quite a bit of the neighborhood. We aren't doing anything fancy with the decor; it's mostly just desks, computers, and a few filing cabinets that we should probably organize better. The office has a very functional feel to it. We aren't a big corporate entity with hundreds of employees. It's just a small group of us who have been working together for some time now. Nashik is a good place to be, it’s not as chaotic as Mumbai but still has plenty going on. We usually have the radio playing softly in the background while we work. Our days are pretty routine. We come in, check what needs to be done, and get to it. There’s no big hierarchy here; if something needs doing, someone just grabs it. We have a small corner where we keep the kettle and some biscuits for the afternoon slump. It’s a simple life and a simple office. We don’t really go in for big presentations or formal events. We just focus on the technical work and try to keep things moving along steadily. It's an honest living in a decent part of town without any extra bells and whistles.
