We set up shop in Pune over at Keshavnagar in Mundhwa. Our space is actually Flat 401 in the Sankalp Dreams building, which is part of the Gurukrupa society. It’s a bit of a residential area, so it doesn't feel like a cold, industrial office park. We like it that way because it’s a bit more relaxed. Being on the fourth floor gives us a decent view of what’s happening on Sr No. 21. We aren't a huge team, just a group of people who know how to handle systems and technical stuff. The office is basically just a few rooms filled with computers and chairs that have seen better days. We don't have any fancy mission statements on the walls or anything like that. Usually, there’s a pot of coffee going and a few half-empty water bottles scattered around. Mundhwa has been growing a lot lately, so there’s always some construction noise in the background, but we’ve learned to ignore it. We usually start our day around nine and stay until the work is finished. Lunch breaks are usually just us sitting around talking about whatever is on the news or just complaining about the traffic in Pune. It’s a very straightforward way of working. We don’t try to be anything we aren’t. It’s just a practical place for us to get our daily tasks done without any unnecessary fuss. We mostly just focus on the technical details.
