You can find our place at Plot No 361 in Sector No 27 of Pradhikaran, Nigdi. This part of Pune is a bit further out from the center, so it’s usually much quieter than the main city streets. Cybertech Systems And Software Ltd has its setup here in a fairly open and green area. We have a decent amount of space within our building for the team. It’s a very straightforward and honest place to work. We don't have any of those fancy marble floors or big glass walls you see in movies. We just have regular desks and chairs where we sit and handle the software side of the business. The neighborhood around us is mostly made up of residential houses and other small businesses. We really like the peace and quiet we get here. It helps everyone concentrate on their technical tasks without too many distractions. Sometimes a few of us will take a short walk around the plot during the lunch hour just to get some fresh air. The weather out in Nigdi is usually a bit better and cooler than the more crowded parts of Pune. Our team is a mix of people who have been with us for years and a few newer faces. We don't have a big human resources department or anything like that. If there’s ever an issue, we just sit down and talk it out like normal people.
