Cybernetics

We are located at 60 Karve Nagar, right in the Shivaji Nagar area. The name on the door is Cybernetics, but we are basically a small tech shop where we handle various computer and electronic issues. It’s not one of those shiny showrooms you see in the malls. It’s more of a workspace where there are wires, motherboards, and screens sitting on the benches. We spend most of our time trying to figure out why a laptop won’t start or how to fix a piece of software that’s acting up. The neighborhood has a lot of students and office workers, so we see a good variety of people coming in with their gadgets. Some days are slow and we just sit around catching up on tech news, and other days everyone seems to have a broken computer at the same time. We don't use any fancy jargon with our customers; we just tell them what’s wrong and how much it’ll probably cost to fix it. It’s a small team here, just a couple of us who genuinely like working with electronics. We’ve been in this spot for a while and we’ve seen how much technology has changed since we first opened. We just keep learning and keep fixing whatever comes through the door. It is a bit messy sometimes with all the parts lying around, but we know where everything is.
