We’ve got our office at the Megacenter in Hadapsar, in the K-301 and K-302 blocks. Hadapsar is a pretty busy area of Pune, and the Megacenter is always full of activity. We’ve been running Cybernetics Software from here for a good while. Unlike those giant IT firms, we’re a bit more grounded. We focus on software that actually solves problems for businesses, usually on the industrial or management side. Our office isn't anything spectacular, just a bunch of desks and servers. The team spends most of the day typing away or talking through a new feature a client asked for. It gets a bit noisy during lunch when everyone is in the break room, but otherwise, it's a focused atmosphere. We don't use a lot of fancy words to describe what we do. We just write code and try to make sure it doesn't break. If a customer has an issue, they call us, and we look into it. It’s a direct way of working. We’ve seen the software world change a lot since we started, but our approach stays pretty much the same. We just want to provide something useful. Being in Hadapsar is good because it’s easy for the staff to get to, and we’ve got everything we need right around the corner. We keep it simple and focus on the task at hand.
