Cyberflix Systems Llp is based in a row house in Baner. It’s Row House 6 in the Basil complex, located at S.NO.106/2/11. Baner is a popular spot in Pune, and being in a row house gives us a lot more room than a standard apartment would. We are near the Sadanand hotel, which is what we tell everyone when they are looking for us. The 411007 area is pretty lively, but our little street is tucked away enough to be quiet. Inside, we have converted the living area into a workspace. It’s got a bit of a weird layout because it was meant to be a home, so there are closets where we keep servers and printers. We have a small garden area out front that we mostly use for phone calls or just to get some air. The vibe at Cyberflix is pretty relaxed. We don't wear suits or anything like that. Most of us just show up in jeans and t-shirts. The stairs are a bit narrow, so moving furniture in was a real pain. We have a kitchen where we make lunch, and that’s usually where the best ideas happen anyway. It feels more like a shared house than a formal office. We have our routine, our favorite lunch spots nearby, and our daily list of things to fix. It's a comfortable way to spend the work week without the usual corporate stress.
