Our team works out of unit 102 in the Ariana building, which is located in Shreenath Nagar. It is on Lane No. 3 in the Baner area. Baner has grown a lot in the last few years, and there are new buildings and shops popping up all over the place. Our lane is a little bit tucked away from the main noise of the traffic, which we appreciate. The office itself is just a regular room with several workstations and a lot of equipment. We spend our days dealing with tech stuff and trying to figure out various technical problems. We have been here for a while and have seen the neighborhood change quite a bit. There is a small tea stall just a short walk away that we visit almost every afternoon. We don't have any corporate branding on the walls or big mission statements hanging up. We just have our tasks for the day and we work through them. Most of us live in or around Pune, so we know the city well. Being at Ariana is convenient because it is easy for people to find once they get to Lane 3. We are just a small group of people who like working with technology and wanted to have our own space to do it. It is a straightforward, honest kind of job.
