We have our space in Flat No 7 and that’s where all the work happens. Pune is a big city for this kind of thing, but we try to keep our corner of it pretty simple. We don't have a massive sign on the building or anything that screams for attention. Most of us just come in, do our hours, and head back home. The plaza has other businesses too, so there’s always people coming and going. Sometimes it’s a bit cramped when we have a lot of stuff going on at once, but we manage just fine. We don't really go for the whole corporate culture thing with team-building retreats or motivational posters on the walls. We just prefer to focus on the tasks we have. Krrssna Plaza is a decent location for us. It’s easy enough for the team to reach and there are places nearby to grab a quick lunch. The elevator in the building is sometimes a bit slow, so we end up taking the stairs more often than not. It's good exercise, I guess. We keep a few plants on the windowsills, but we aren't very good at remembering to water them. They're still hanging in there, though. We just focus on our work.
