We are based at Raghunandan Cornar, specifically in Flat No. 201. The building is located at Sr. No. 132/1 in Pune City. It is a busy part of Maharashtra, and there is always something going on outside. Being in a flat instead of a big office block makes the work feel a bit more personal. We have set up our desks in a way that gives everyone enough room to focus. There are plenty of wires and screens everywhere, which is pretty normal for an IT place. We have been operating from this Pune address for some time now. Most of the people working here take the local buses or ride their scooters to get in. It is a simple commute for most of us. We don't have any big meetings about company culture or anything like that. We just come in, check what needs to be fixed or built, and get to it. The windows look out over the street and you can see the city moving all day long. We usually bring our own lunch or get something from the small shops nearby. It is a very normal, everyday kind of workplace. We aren't trying to impress anyone with a fancy lobby. We just care about getting the work finished and doing a decent job for whoever hired us.
