Culinaria Gastrohubllp

We are tucked away in Kondhwa Kd, right on NIBM Road in the Kumar Parijat building. The full name on the papers is Culinaria Gastrohubllp, which sounds a bit more formal than we actually are. We are at S.No. 15/5 in Pune. Setting up a kitchen and a food hub in this part of town has its ups and downs. The NIBM area is always changing, with new buildings going up and more traffic every year. Our space is functional, mostly focused on the cooking side of things rather than looking pretty for guests. There’s usually a lot of steam and the smell of spices hanging in the air. We don't have a PR person or a fancy website. We just focus on the food and the orders we have to get out. Some days the sink acts up or the delivery bikes don't start, and we just have to figure it out as we go. It’s a small team, so everyone does a bit of everything, from washing dishes to handling the accounts. We chose this spot because it felt like a good middle ground in Pune. It’s not a shiny mall location, but it works for what we do. We spend a lot of time arguing over recipes or how to organize the storage room. It’s just a normal workplace with normal people trying to make a living and keeping the kitchen running smoothly throughout the week.
