Cubehub India Private Limited is based out of Pune, specifically in the Warje area. Our address is a bit of a long one, 45/1A/1/1A/1 Warje S. N 117. We are in the Spandan D13 building, located in Popularnagar. Our specific unit is Flat 901, so we are up on the ninth floor. Popularnagar is a growing part of the city, and it has a lot of residential complexes like ours. The building, Spandan D13, is fairly easy to spot once you get into the internal lanes of Warje. From the ninth floor, we get a good view of the surrounding area and the other buildings in the D block. It’s a quiet enough spot, mostly families living nearby, so it doesn’t feel like a typical corporate zone. We just have our office set up in one of the flats there. It’s comfortable and has the usual things you’d find in a home, which makes the long hours a bit easier to handle. The commute to Warje can be a bit much during the evening rush, but that’s just Pune for you. We’ve settled into this space in Popularnagar and it works for us. We don’t go in for anything fancy, just a few desks and our equipment. It’s a solid place to be, and being at SN 117 keeps us right in the heart of the local neighborhood. It's a place where we can focus without too much noise from the main roads.
