The smell of fresh bread from the bakery is actually one of the best things about working here. It makes being at the office much better. We are a small IT services company. We don’t have a big corporate structure or fancy titles. Most of us just do a bit of everything. One day I might be fixing a bug and the next I’m helping a client set up their email. It’s very hands-on. We’ve been in this part of Pune for a few years now and we like the neighborhood. The office is pretty basic, just some desks, chairs, and a lot of computers. We don’t really care about having a polished look. We just want the work to be solid. Sometimes things don’t go as planned and we have to start over, which can be frustrating. But we stick with it until it’s right. We aren’t looking to conquer the world; we just want to provide decent tech help to the people who need it.
