Our office is located in Pune, specifically in the 411 039 zip code area of Maharashtra. It’s a decent sized space where we handle various information technology tasks for our clients. We aren't in one of those massive IT parks with the glass towers and security gates; we are in a more regular part of the city. The office has desks, computers, and a lot of cables running along the floor in certain spots. It’s where we spend our days working on software and helping people with their tech problems. It isn't always quiet here, especially when we are trying to figure out a difficult bug or talking through a new project. We have a small kitchen area where we make way too much coffee to keep us going through the long afternoons. The team is just a group of regular people who happen to be good with computers. We don't wear suits or have formal meetings every hour. Usually, we just shout across the room if we need help with something. It’s a very practical way of working. We’ve been in this part of Pune for a while and we like the pace of things here. There’s always a lot of work to do, and we just focus on getting through it one day at a time without much fuss or corporate talk. That is how we have always done it.
