Our place is over in Kothrud, specifically in Flat No. 8 at Pragati Apartments. It’s part of the Prathamshree society. If you know the Dahanukar Colony area, we are pretty easy to find since we are right near the Natraj Gas Agency. Being in a residential building makes it feel a bit more relaxed than those huge glass office parks you see in Hinjewadi. Crystaline Infotek Pvt Ltd has been operating out of this Pune spot for some time. It’s basically just a few rooms filled with monitors and cables. We spend most of our time looking at screens and trying to make sure the software is doing what it is supposed to do. Sometimes the neighbors in the society stop by to say hello or ask what we are working on. It’s a quiet neighborhood mostly, which is good for focusing. We don’t really do big meetings or fancy presentations here. We just sit down, grab some tea, and get to work on the projects. Sometimes the parking in the colony is a bit tight, especially in the evenings, but we manage. Being in Kothrud is nice because everything is close by, from snacks to stationery shops. We aren't a massive company with hundreds of employees, just a local team doing our best with the tech stuff we know. It’s a decent setup and it works for us. We've got our routine down and we just keep plugging away day after day.
