Crystal Hitech It Solutions

We operate Crystal Hitech It Solutions from J.M. Road, specifically near LN Road 4. It’s a well-known area and we’ve been around here for quite some time. The office is pretty basic. We have our computers, some chairs that have seen better days, and a lot of technical manuals. We don't spend money on fancy furniture or decor. We’d rather just have good equipment to work on. Most of what we do involves IT support and helping people with their tech issues. It could be a broken laptop or a server that crashed. Every day is a bit different. J.M. Road is always buzzing with activity, which we like. There are plenty of places to grab a quick bite during lunch. We aren't a huge firm with a board of directors. It’s just us doing the work. We try to be helpful and honest about what we can do. Sometimes we can fix a problem in ten minutes, other times it takes all day. We don't have a big marketing pitch. People usually find us because we are local and we’ve been in this spot for years. The address is easy to find once you get onto LN Road. We’ve seen the street change a lot, but our little office stays pretty much the same. It’s a bit cramped when we have a lot of hardware in for repair, but we make it work.
