Crustal Service Station

Our station is located at 114 / 1 / 5 in the General Block of MIDC. Being in the industrial area means we see a lot of different vehicles every day. It’s usually oily and there’s always a car or a truck up on the lift. We don't have a fancy waiting room with coffee. Most people just stand around or wait outside while we work on their engines. The floor is stained with grease, which is expected at a service station. We’ve got a small team of mechanics who have been fixing things for years. It’s not a quiet place. There’s the sound of air compressors and wrenches hitting the floor. We just try to get the repairs done so people can get back on the road. Some days are packed and we’re working on three things at once. Other days are a bit slower, giving us time to clean up the tools. We don't do big advertisements. Most people find us because they work nearby in MIDC or heard about us from a friend. It’s a basic shop where we focus on the task at hand. There’s a lot of spare parts lying around in the back. We just do the job, charge a fair amount, and move on to the next one. It’s simple, honest mechanical work. The roll-up doors stay open all day to let some air in. When it rains, we have to move everything further inside to keep things dry.
