You can find us in Pune, specifically in the Parvati area. We are based out of the Pragati Co-Operative Housing Society on Plot 188. It’s an older part of the city, which gives it a certain kind of character you don’t find in the new IT parks. Crg Software isn't a massive operation with hundreds of employees. It’s a smaller group of us working in this office space. The building has been around for a while, and the stairs are a bit narrow, but it’s home for our workday. We deal with software stuff day in and day out. Sometimes the office feels a bit cramped when everyone is in at the same time, but we make it work. There is a lot of typing and a lot of debugging happening here. We don’t have those fancy bean bags or game rooms you see on TV. We have wooden desks and chairs that have seen better days. Outside, the street is usually busy with people going about their lives in Pune. We’ve got a routine here that involves a lot of chai and looking at code. It’s honest work. We don't spend much time worrying about how the office looks to outsiders. As long as the internet is running and the computers are behaving, we are satisfied. It’s a practical way to run a business. We like being in Parvati because it feels like a real neighborhood, not a sterile business zone.
