Crane Nxt Private Limited

Up here on the 8th floor of the Agile M building, the view of Baner is actually pretty decent. We’re located in Samarth Colony. Crane Nxt Private Limited is basically just a group of us who enjoy solving problems. The office is usually a bit of a mess with coffee mugs and notebooks everywhere. We moved here because Pune is growing so fast, and this spot seemed practical. It’s not one of those high-tech offices with bean bags and free snacks, though. We just have chairs that mostly work and a decent internet connection. Getting into the building can be a bit of a hassle with the security sometimes, but once you’re up here, it’s quiet. We spend most of our day focused on the tasks at hand. We don’t really do big meetings or fancy presentations. If something needs fixing, we just talk about it across the desks. Baner has changed a lot since we started, with new shops popping up every week. We like being in this part of town. It feels like things are happening. We don’t have a big PR department to write fancy stories about us. We’re just regular people coming to work every morning and heading home when the sun goes down.
