We are located up on the 5th floor of Lotus Plaza. This is over on Sangam Press Road, which is just off Karve Road in Kothrud. If you know where Karishma Society is, we are right opposite that. It is a good landmark to look for because the building can sometimes be missed if you are driving too fast. Being in Kothrud means there is always something happening around us. The elevator in Lotus Plaza takes you straight up to our floor. It is usually pretty quiet up here compared to the noise down on Karve Road. We have been at this address for some time now, just handling the day-to-day things for Coretech Solutions. Sometimes the weather gets really nice and you can see a bit of the area from the windows. It’s a standard office space, nothing too flashy or over the top. We just come in, get to work, and head home like everyone else. Finding a spot for a bike or car near Karishma Society can be tricky during peak hours, but that is Pune for you. Sangam Press Road is a bit narrower than the main road, so it stays a little calmer. We like being in this part of town because it is close to everything. Mostly, we are just busy with our tasks on the 5th floor. It’s a decent place to spend the workday, and the location works out well for us.
