Cordiso Technologies Private Limited

Cordiso Technologies is located in the Hinjewadi area of Pune, specifically inside the Blueridge Township. We’re up in Tower 4, in Flat 1002. It’s a bit of a hike to get up here, but the view of the township is alright. Since we are in the Rajiv Gandhi Infotech Park area, there’s always a lot of tech energy around, but we keep our own office pretty low-key. It’s a residential flat that we’ve converted into our workspace, so it has a kitchen and a balcony, which is nice for when we need to take a breather. We aren't a big corporation with hundreds of desks. It’s just a handful of us sitting around a large table and some smaller desks in the rooms. We don't have any HR manuals or fancy mission posters on the walls. We just come in, check the servers, work on our projects, and try to get everything finished by the end of the day. Hinjewadi can be a nightmare for traffic, so we tend to stay in the office until it dies down. It’s an honest setup. We don't spend money on things we don't need, like expensive signage or leather chairs. We’d rather just have good computers and a stable internet connection. It’s a simple, practical way to run a tech company without all the usual corporate overhead. We like it here because it feels more like a small community than a cold office building.
