Cordial Software

Cordial Software is located out in Loni Kalbhor, right near the kundena Halli Gate 7. It is a bit of a journey to get out here if you are coming from the main city, but we like the quieter atmosphere. Our building is pretty basic and we share it with a few other small outfits. We do software work, which mostly means writing code and checking for errors all day. The office doesn't have any of those fancy bean bags or ping-pong tables you hear about in tech companies. We just have sturdy desks and decent monitors because that is what we actually need. The view from the window is mostly just the road and some fields further off. We don't have a big sign outside, so people sometimes have trouble finding the right gate at first. Inside, it is mostly just the sound of keyboards clicking. We keep a stash of biscuits in a jar for when we get hungry in the late afternoon. Our team is small, so we all know each other’s business and help out when someone gets stuck on a problem. We don't have any big corporate goals written on the walls. We just want to make sure the software we build actually works the way it is supposed to. It is a straightforward way to earn a living, and we are happy with that. We just keep our heads down and get it done.
