The neighborhood is mostly residential, so it's relatively calm, which helps when you need to concentrate on complex calculations. We don't have big signs or a lobby. Most people who come here are clients who have been working with us for a while. They know they can just come up to flat 503 and talk about their project. It’s a very hands-on way of doing business. We aren't trying to impress anyone with a fancy office; we just want the engineering to be right. It’s been our base in Maharashtra for a while now, and we’re quite settled into the routine of the Pimple Saudagar life. We keep things simple, focus on the blueprints, and make sure the math adds up.
