Const Softwares Technologies Pvt Ltd is located in Kothrud, at the Shantiban Society. Our specific spot is C/1/3, which is a nice, quiet place to work on software. Kothrud is a well-known part of Pune and we’ve been here for quite some time. Working out of a society like Shantiban is different from being in a huge glass office building. It’s more personal and feels a bit more like home for us. We spend our hours coding, testing, and talking about technology. It’s a lot of sitting in front of screens, so we try to take breaks and walk around the society grounds when we can. The people living nearby are used to us being here by now. We aren't trying to change the world or anything; we just want to build good software that actually works for people. We keep our team small so we can all stay on the same page without a lot of meetings. It’s a simple setup with just the basics needed to get the job done. Sometimes the software has bugs that take all day to find, and that can be frustrating, but it’s all part of the game. We like the peace and quiet of C/1/3. It helps us focus on the logic and the code without too many distractions. We’re just a local software company doing our best in Kothrud. We've grown fond of this little corner of Pune over the years and the work we do here.
