Confervo Tech Solutions is located in Baner, which is easily one of the busier and more crowded parts of Pune these days. We’re in Regency Cosmos, specifically in flat A2-901. Being on the ninth floor gives us a pretty decent view of the constant traffic on the main road below. Baner has changed so much lately with all these new buildings, restaurants, and cafes popping up everywhere. Our office is basically a high-rise apartment that we’ve turned into a workspace. It’s got a good layout for a small team like ours to collaborate. We have a few long tables and some basic office chairs that we bought when we first moved in. It’s not the most stylish or modern place, but it’s functional for what we do. We handle various tech solutions from here, mostly through emails and phone calls. The lifts in Regency Cosmos can be a bit slow during the lunch hour because everyone is trying to go down to the shops at once. We usually just wait it out or bring our own lunch boxes from home to save time. There’s a lot of energy in this area, which is nice for staying awake. It keeps us motivated to keep working through our lists. We don’t have any fancy mission statements or slogans painted on the walls. We just have a whiteboard where we scribble notes and deadlines. We’re just regular people working in a high-rise.
