Conceum Technology And Services Privatelimited is based out of flat B-105 in Radhika Garden. This is over in Sasane Nagar, Hadapsar. We are in a residential area, which makes the commute easy for those of us living nearby. The apartment is our main hub. We have it set up with our servers and workstations. It’s a bit cramped when everyone is in at the same time, but we make it work. We spend a lot of time on S No 81, dealing with different tech and service tasks. It’s a private limited company, but it doesn't feel like a big business. It’s more like a group of friends who happen to be good with technology. We don't have a big sign outside or a fancy lobby. People usually find us through referrals or by looking up H.No. 2A+2B. The atmosphere is pretty relaxed. We wear casual clothes and listen to music while we work. Sometimes the neighbors’ kids are playing outside and it gets a little noisy, but we don't mind. We’ve been operating from this flat for a while now. We handle a variety of technology services, just taking things one day at a time. We aren't into big marketing campaigns. We just focus on the work in front of us and try to get it done right. It’s a practical way to live and work in Pune.
