Concepsol Technologies Private Limited

Concepsol Technologies Private Limited is located in a row house in Baner, Pune. We are specifically at row house number 07 in the Avon complex. It’s on the road that goes toward the Pan Card Club, near the Baner-Sus intersection. Working out of a row house is nice because it doesn't feel like a stuffy office building. We have a small kitchen area and some space to sit outside when the weather isn't too hot. Most of our day is spent at our desks working on various tech projects. We aren't a massive company with hundreds of employees. It’s a tight-knit group here. We know each other well and that makes the work go smoother. The neighborhood is fairly quiet, which helps when we need to focus. Sometimes the delivery guys have a hard time finding house number 2A/2, but we usually just wave them down from the gate. We’ve been in this part of Pune for some time. We handle different technology tasks and try to keep things straightforward. There’s no big corporate hierarchy here. If something needs doing, one of us just grabs it and starts working. We prefer it this way. It feels more like a real place where people actually do work instead of just sitting in meetings all day. We just try to be useful and get through the list of things to do each week.
