Our place is tucked away in the Navsahyadri Society in Karve Nagar. If you are near the Alankar Police Chowki, you are basically right there. It is No. 59/22, and it feels more like a home than a typical office, which I guess makes sense given the name. We deal with all sorts of computer issues. People bring in laptops that won’t start or desktops that are making a weird grinding noise. It can get pretty crowded with monitors and keyboards stacked up on the tables. We don't have a big storefront with neon signs; it is mostly people from the neighborhood or folks who heard about us from a friend. We spend our days opening up casings, blowing out dust, and trying to recover files that someone thought they lost forever. It is a good feeling when a machine finally boots up after you have been messing with it for three hours. We also sell some parts and stuff like that, but the repair side is what keeps us really moving. It is a bit messy with cables running across the floor sometimes, but we know where everything is. We just like fixing things and helping people get back to their work or their games. It is a quiet life here in the society, and we like being part of the local community and talking to the neighbors who stop by for a chat now and then.
