Our place is a bit hidden away. We are at C/O 542/A, Chandrakant Bandal Joshi Lane, which is right behind the Rokdoba Mandir in the Gaothan part of Shivaji Nagar. Even though our name mentions Mumbai, we are definitely located here in Pune. The lane is quite narrow, so if you are coming to visit, it’s better to come on a bike than in a car. We have a small shop where we deal with all sorts of computer issues. It’s often full of old parts, cables, and various machines we are working on. It’s not a polished showroom by any means. It feels more like a workshop where things actually get done. We spend a lot of time fixing hardware or helping people get their software running right. The neighborhood is very lively, especially with the temple right there. We’ve been in Shivaji Nagar for a long time and know many of the people who live and work on this street. It’s a family-style business where we just take care of the customers who walk through the door. Sometimes we have a lot of work from the local students and other times it’s quieter. We don't use any marketing tricks or big slogans. We just enjoy working with technology and helping our neighbors get their computers back in working order. It’s a busy life, but we like the pace of it and being part of the Gaothan community.
